A delicious Starbucks copycat Caramel Brûlée Latte combining rich espresso, creamy caramel milk, topped with whipped cream and toffee bits for a cozy indulgence.

Ingredients

Beverage Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 2 espresso shots (or 8 oz hot coffee)
  • Whipped cream
  • Toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Heat Milk and Caramel: Add your milk and caramel syrup to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until just starting to foam. Remove from heat and whisk until a little frothy.
  2. Brew Coffee: Brew two shots of espresso or prepare 8 ounces of hot coffee and pour into a large coffee mug.
  3. Combine Drinks: Pour the warm caramel milk mixture into your coffee mug containing the brewed coffee.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Top the latte with whipped cream and sprinkle with toffee bits. Serve immediately and enjoy your caramel brûlée latte.

Notes

  • Use whole milk for a creamier taste, or substitute with any milk alternative such as almond or oat milk to suit dietary preferences.
  • If you don't have caramel syrup, you can use caramel sauce, but adjust the quantity for sweetness.
  • Toffee bits add texture and extra flavor but can be omitted or replaced with caramel drizzle if desired.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso shots; alternatively, regular brewed coffee works well.
  • Whisking the milk after heating creates a frothy consistency similar to cafe-style lattes.
