Keto Pizza Chips are a crunchy, low-carb snack combining melted mozzarella cheese and pepperoni with Italian seasoning, perfect for a quick keto-friendly treat or appetizer.

  • 16 pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Line: Warm your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy release.
  2. Form Cheese Mounds: Using about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella per chip, place small mounds on the parchment paper and lightly flatten them, leaving space for spreading.
  3. Top & Season: Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over each mound, then press a pepperoni slice into the center of each cheese pile.
  4. Bake: Slide the baking tray into the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown indicating they are done.
  5. Cool & Crisp: Let the chips rest on the sheet for 2 to 3 minutes so they firm up as they cool, then carefully transfer to a plate using a spatula.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm alongside keto pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy the crunchy, cheesy snack right away for best texture.
